In partnership between DEI, System Patient Experience, & Professional Fulfillment & Experience designed a three-part series designed to help physicians cultivate communication skills with colleagues, patients and families. Module 1, is a 1 hour course that focuses on equitable communication.

We also touch on practical communication skills with patients, along with subjects such as cognitive biases and microaggressions, with an eye towards cultivating self-awareness. Our goal is to help nurture and support advanced interpersonal skills. 

One CME ethics credit available for each module.
