MAPTA is excited to kick off the New Year with one of our most demanded topics, grant-writing. Don't miss this opportunity to boost your grant-writing skills and understanding of the funding process in this two-part session.
Part 1: (1/14)
Israel Ramirez, Director of Grants Administration, will examine grant application requirements, document collection and submission processes, key funding agencies and their guidelines, and the impact of immigration status on grant applications.
Part 2: (1/21)
Professors Florent Elefteriou, PhD and Yangjin Bae, PhD from Baylor College of Medicine, will dive into the essentials of grant writing, strategies for crafting compelling proposals, and how to address reviewer critiques and re-submit for success.
