 proves the quality of life of patients and their families facing problems 
 associated with life threatening illness\, through prevention of suffering
  by means of early identification and impeccable assessment and treatment 
 of pain and other problems\, whether they be physical\, psychosocial\, or 
 spiritual.  Palliative care can be provided to all patients and families f
