Course Description:
The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Case (IBD) is a multidisciplinary conference where
complex cases of Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis virtual are reviewed with input from
gastroenterologists, radiologists and colorectal surgeons.


Educational Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to: formulate treatment
plans for complex IBD and understand the role of both medical and surgical
management; describe CT and MRI enterography studies and apply findings to
treatment plans for patients with IBD; and describe appropriate biologic therapy
for patients with moderate to severe IBD and monitor for efficacy and safety.
