This workshop guides learners through a four-step process for creating a personal IDP:
1. Self-assessment to review skills, values and interests;
2. Establish goals for the next 5-to-10 years;
3. Set goals for improving skills, building career network, and gaining experience to prepare for future success;
4. Plan to recruit mentors to help you accomplish your goals.
Led by Dorothy Lewis, PhD, faculty development program manager, this 90-minute workshop offers a brief lecture with participants set up to share group interactions.
