This workshop guides you through a four-step process for creating your personal IDP: 1) Self-assessment to review your skills, values and interests; 2)Establish your goals for the next 5-to-10 years; 3) Set goals for improving your skills, building your network, and gaining experience to prepare for future success; 4) Make a plan to recruit mentors to help you complete various parts of your IDP. Led by Dorothy Lewis, PhD, faculty development program director, this workshop will provide a brief lecture with participants set up to share group interaction. Registration is limited to 10 participants. 

This workshop will be offered twice yearly, in January and August as part of the new Career Development series.
