This event is part of an effort to create a Texas NeuroResearch Institute that will make Texas a beacon for neurosciences in the nation and focus on solving the most pressing neurological health challenges in Texas: Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other dementias and neurodegenerative conditions, stroke, epilepsy and seizures, Multiple Sclerosis and ALS, migraine and chronic headaches, PTSD, and traumatic brain injury and other neuro injuries.
