Are you curious about Quality Improvement (QI) but not sure how to get started? Come join this virtual (and system-wide) course from the Office of Academic Development. In just one hour per week for 5 weeks starting Tuesday, October 12, you will learn the basics of what QI is and how you can apply it to your clinical or non-clinical department. Using team-based learning methodology and content from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, this course can get you started with viewing your work through the lens of continuous improvement.
You will leave the class with a completed plan for a QI project, and you will have the option to follow up with your peers for six months after the class to get feedback and support on your project. No previous experience in QI is required.
Join us every Tuesday at noon, October 12 - November 9, 2021, via Zoom. CME Credit Available. (Registration closes Friday, October 8)
