Looking to improve your elevator pitch skills? The ability to communicate your ideas concisely and persuasively is essential for giving scientific presentations, conducting interviews, and navigating the translational pipeline. This 2-part workshop will be led by Brittany Parker Kerrigan, PhD, of MD Anderson Cancer Center, who's been a facilitator for over 6 years. Throughout the workshop you will learn how to distill complex scientific concepts into simple and compelling messages that will captivate your audience and promote your research. Attend both sessions to be eligible for the competition on June 14th. Contestants will pitch their presentation to a panel of distinguished Houston Methodist leaders for a chance to receive a travel award.
