EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
1.    Identify patients and categorize with SA-AKI. 
2.    Underlying pathophysiology of SA-AKI.
3.    Use appropriate fluid therapy to mitigate the risk of SA-AKI.
4.    Understand and implement AKI and inflammation biomarkers to enhance quality of care for SA-AKI.
5.    Update information for potential uses of extracorporeal purification strategies for SA-AKI management.
