This workshop guides learners through a four-step process for creating a personal IDP:
1. Self-assessment to review skills, values and interests
2. Establish goals for the next 5-to-10 years
3. Set goals for improving skills, building career network, and gaining experience to prepare for future success
4. Plan to recruit mentors to help you complete parts of the IDP.
Led by Dorothy Lewis, PhD, this workshop offers a brief lecture and group interactions.
