Cdk9 is a transcription factor that centrally regulates the activation of inducible genes in response to acute changes such as injury or inflammation. We’ll examine the role of Cdk9 in osteoarthritis, PTOA, fibrosis, and osteolysis, with a translational focus to benefit future patient care.
